ReSTOR is a brand of multifocal IOLs (link to IOL) that allows the patient to see at various distances. This IOL is a replacement for your natural lens if you undergo cataract surgery. It works in a similar fashion to bifocal eyeglasses, where different parts of the lens are effective at different distances.
