Hobby Lobby wins Supreme Court case, can opt out of mandate

The Supreme Court ruled in favor of Hobby Lobby and against Obamacare mandates.  They decided that the government cannot force employers to violate their religious beliefs.  Christian corporation Hobby Lobby did not want to have to cover certain types of contraception, which Obamacare wanted included as an “essential health benefit”. This Court ruling allows them to opt out of this mandatory coverage. Employees who wish to purchase these other types of contraception can purchase it out of pocket.
