Jeffrey A. Miron is a Senior Fellow at the Cato Institute and is also the Director of Undergraduate Studies in the Department of Economics at Harvard University. He spoke about the economic and social consequences of four decades of total drug prohibition at a Cato Debate on June 15, 2011.
