Video of the Week: Guided Meditation with a Walk through the Country

One of the best ways to relieve stress is with a guided meditation.  Not just quite music and someone telling you to breathe, but an audio track that takes your mind somewhere else and asks you to focus on a garden or a cabin in the woods can be a wonderful 10 minute vacation and help you calm down if you feel very stressed.  I finally found a guided meditation on YouTube that was actually a guided walk through a country garden and wanted to share it here.  The next time you are at work and feel your stress levels rising, come back to this page and listen to this guided meditation.
