I just wanted to send you a quick e-mail to let you know how pleased we are with the MediBid approach to hip surgery. Jim and I traveled to Glendale, California on September 8 and Dr. Andersen performed my hip replacement on Wednesday, September 12. The level of care from the surgical staff was amazing. We have never before experienced the level of compassionate care that we did in Glendale. Dr. Andersen is wonderful and was so available to us post surgery. We stayed at an Extended Stay Hotel a little longer than first planned, as I had a couple of issues after surgery that Jim and Dr. Andersen discussed via cell phone and I came through with flying colors. Dr. Andersen made 3 house calls to check on me, change my dressing and remove my stitches. We traveled back home the weekend of September 22, arriving home on the 24th.
We would highly recommend Dr. Andersen to anyone who might be lucky enough to receive and accept a bid from Dr. Andersen for an orthopedic procedure.
We are thankful to have found you online!!! I am happily recuperating and making good progress each day.
I believe it’s important to get the word out so others will have the same opportunity I had to get the level of care I received. I still can’t believe how great my outcome was and how much money we saved by going to Glendale!
